Carleton-Willard Village is Hiring a RN/LPN Near Bedford, MA
Position Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide great patient care.
- Assume responsibility for assigned residents and the quality of care, according to physician orders and care plan.
- Participates in care planning.
- Administration of medications.
- Vitals, and documentation of observations and care provided.
- Observe all safety precautions.
- Provide supervision, guidance, instruction and support to non-professional personnel as needed.
- Communicates and assists interdisciplinary team.
- Assume charge responsibility as assigned or necessary.
- Attend report. Make rounds as assigned.
- Be willing to float to other units as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Preferably some experience within health care and a long-term care setting.
- Current valid MA nursing license.
- Genuine interest in senior care.
